If for some reason you have any issues with our sauna then we will do our very best to resolve that issue but we ask you to please call us to discuss if you’d like any further information on our saunas ahead of making your sauna purchase from us.
If in the unlikely case your sauna arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll do our best to fix the issue free of charge. This does not cover mishandling during installation by a third party.
